John has that 'old school' approach to work that helps lay a great foundation for our apprentices and younger members of staff. His ability to motivate his team whilst ensuring the client is happy is impressive. I'm delighted to hear from John that there have been major health & safety improvements in the scaffolding industry over the decades.
