Some of these words will vary depending on region, country, and personal preference. Also, chanclas (as far as I know) is more of a Mexican word. I'm interested to see what others have to say. In Mexican Spanish, other words might be used: la camiseta = la playera la chaqueta = la chamarra los pantalones cortos = el short / los shores In Perú tenis = zapatillas pantalones cortos = shorts o bermudas camiseta = polo *camiseta would be like a sports jersey jeans = vaqueros Rate this video if it was helpful.
