In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to replace the chin strap on your PIP® Traverse™ helmet, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Step-by-Step Instructions: 1. Remove the Black Clips: Use a flathead screwdriver to slide off each black clip. Apply downward pressure to pop out the clip from the attachment point. 2. Repeat for Each Attachment Point: Follow the same process to remove the clips from all attachment points on the chin strap. 3. Remove the Old Chin Strap: Once all clips are removed, take out the old chin strap from the helmet. 4. Position the New Chin Strap: Place the new chin strap so that the lay flat X is positioned at the back of the helmet. 5. Thread the Strap: Thread the new chin strap under the ratchet suspension at the back of the helmet. 6. Secure the New Strap: Firmly push the black clips into the square slots to secure the new chin strap in place.
