A 7:58/mi pace on todays run keeping things at a steady aerobic effort with a few faster paced speed miles also. I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on todays slight change to my regular long run route. How did the lightstrike pro hold up over more miles? Could i feel the energy rods in the midsole? Do i like the shoe any better than on my initial review? Has the foam broken in now? NO HEELS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS VIDEO.
