Reconnecting North Phoenix Prep Alumni Sendoff

North Phoenix Prep recently hosted its second Alumni Sendoff at the academy’s senior commons, just in time before these young adults head back to their respective colleges, universities, or careers. College Counselor Sheila Conner is thrilled to bring this event back this year. “Today is really just a casual reception. Our headmaster will come and say a quick welcome to all of our alums and thank them for their presence here on campus,” said Conner. “But ultimately, this is just about conversation and touching base with all of the faculty and alumni together.” The event gives alumni a chance to catch up with one another, which seemed to be the appeal for the returning graduates. “We had about 35 students here last time, and I think they really appreciate the opportunity to connect with their old faculty, to know that they’re remembered, to know that they’ll always have a special place in our hearts and at North Phoenix Prep,” shared Conner.
