Yes, and it continues – still working on How Jerry and Betty Became the Least Entertaining Couple in the Neighborhood (https://josephcarrabis.com/tag/jerry-..., and yes, still learning from doing so. I realized how I used character voice – their tone, their language, their vernacular, their behavior while speaking, how they spoke to whom – to demonstrate change in a character over the course of the narrative. The fact that I knew how to do it without knowing I knew how to do it impressed me. Let me know if it impresses you. Think I’m onto something? Take a class with me (http://nlb.pub/Class), schedule a critique of your work (http://nlb.pub/Critique, or buy me a coffee (http://nlb.pub/Coffee). Think I’m an idiot? Let me know in a comment. Either way, we’ll both learn something. Get copies of my books (http://nlb.pub/amazon) because it’s a nice thing to do, you care, you can follow along, and I need the money. My latest is my fiction anthology Tales Told ‘Round Celestial Campfires Volume 2 (http://nlb.pub/TalesV2) FWIW, I hold a Creators RoundTable the last Thursday of every month from 7:30-8:30pmET. Watch past RoundTables. Register to participate. http://nlb.pub/RoundTable
