Remove Mercedes Minibus Flooring - Mercedes Minibus Conversion

In this video I show how I remove all of the flooring in a Mercedes Sprinter based Treka minibus. The minibus flooring is custom made for the bus by Treka who built the bus and the flooring has full length Unwin quick release track railing which all needs removing so the floor can be insulated without loosing headroom. To release the tracking rails required unbolting 18 locking nuts per rail x9 rails so 180 locking nuts needed removing. Once the nuts were removed from the floor, ply had to be cut to allow the rails to be removed. Once all the ply and Unwin tracking rails are removed, it reveals the base chassis of the van which turns out to be in excellent condition, ready for a waxoyl protection.
