Sphenoid Bone - It has Body Greater wing Lesser wing Pterygoid process Body is cuboid in shape It has 6 surfaces Superior surface Inferior Surface Anterior Surface Posterior surface two lateral surfaces Superior surface presents - jug sphenoidale, sulcus chiasmaticus, tuberculum sella, hypophyseal fossa & dorsal sella Inferior surface presents - sphenoidal rostrum, concha, vaginal process.
