This is a video of me riding my Xiaomi electric scooter model 4 Lite 2nd Gen. Here are a few specifications of the scooter: Name: Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) Dimensions (in mm): 1141 x 465 x 1219 Weight: 16.2kg Max. Load: 100kg Max Speed (in Germany): 20km/h; in other countries, it may be able to go 25km/h or higher Range: 25km; although I have only managed to go around 20km on a full charge IP Rating: IPX4; from my own testing it can ride in the rain without a problem In Germany and most of Europe for that matter, you do not need a license to ride it. However, in Germany, you need to have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung), which can be easily bought online for around 20-40€ and as proof, you will receive a license plate in the form of a sticker that you stick on the back of the scooter. A helmet is not mandatory, only a recommendation. That's why I wear one and would also highly recommend you to do so as well. This video was recorded with a GoPro Hero 7 Black.
