Refuel with a tasty lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Tam Coc. Take a scenic boat ride and get the chance to cycle through rural villages if you’re feeling energetic—cycling is optional. Our final stop was at Mua Caves. Climb the hundreds of zig-zagging steps up to the chain of cave temples and take in panoramic views. You might feel tired after, but you can rest in the bus on the way back to Hanoi, where you’ll be dropped back at your hotel.
