Scotland Spring 2022 Day 1 Arriving at Lidalia

The first day of our Scottish adventure. We travelled up the A1, across the A66, up the M6 and onto the A7. Our first night was spent at Lidalia Caravan Park in Newcastleton. We left home about 9:30am and our first stop was to top up with fuel. Our plan was to stop for lunch at Mainsgill Farm Shop but it was very busy so, after doing a bit of shopping, we left and stopped at a layby up the road. We left the layby at 13:36 and arrived at Lidalia at 15:12. Lovely day but a bit windy on the drive up. Beautiful evening on site. I took Sasha and Badger for a walk along the disused railway line before taking Benji for a walk around the village. On our pitch we had: No TV reception.
