Our Volvo 850 has been loosing coolant from the heater and so we replaced it. We also had a bad fuel smell when the tank was full, which was caused by a bad fuel pump seal. Lastly, we replaced the coolant reservoir as the aftermarket one we got was already turning completely yellow. The Volvo has a big emotional value for us and seeing the car sitting still for so many years and watching nature taking over broke our hearts. After nine years, and sitting outside for 7 of those 9 years, we finally got our hands on the 850 and brought it back home where we will restore it to its former glory. Once we finish the restoration, we intend to make a road trip and keep in the family for many more years to come.
