Add chopped pineapple, turmeric, ginger, and aloe gel to a blender with 1-2 cups of water. Blend until smooth. 2. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp (optional). 3. Stir in black pepper, cinnamon, lemon/lime juice, and sweetener of choice. Mix well. 4.
