What to expect from your PGCE Mentor

Hi Guys! Welcome back to the channel. I hope you are all doing well. This video is meant to give future trainee teachers an idea of what to expect from their mentor throughout your PGCE year. I was fortunate enough to experience really nice mentor throughout the entirety of my training and I cannot thank them enough for the support they have given me. I have also touched on what your mentor will expect from you also because even though they are there to help you they are expecting you to show a level of independence especially towards the end of the course.
