rear signal (and brake) bulb is a halogen H21w which gets hot and melts the housing (socket). Replaced with LEDs which run cool, but give CAN bus errors in the dashboard (burnt bulb warning) and also hyper flash (black 3 times at regular speed and then start to rapidly blink) - even if the LEDs promise error free operation, the SAAB knows. So you add a 6Ω resistor IN PARALLEL to fool the car. There are other beautiful videos on how to do this. I am sharing my own experience with the parts that I ordered while trying to make a shorter video that's quicker to watch.
