A very wet start across Northern Ireland and western parts of Scotland. The rain continuing to move eastwards, clearing from the west with brighter conditions following but staying wet across northern Scotland. Very strong, disruptive winds developing across western Scotland associated with Storm Floris, moving eastwards, with Yellow and Amber warnings for strong winds in place.
