Breast CT in comparison to MRI: The power of nu:view

This video demonstrates how nu:view supports to clarify unspecific findings of prior breast imaging modalities. In this case, MRI and ultrasound showed a hypoechoic and sharp lined lesion with no shadowing, assuming a “maybe benign” lesion und suggesting a further control in 6 months. nu:view breast CT however demonstrated clearly, that the lesion was unsharp delineated and unfortunately malignant. The complete examination was done in 5 minutes for both breasts at a dose level in the range of mammograms and without painful breast compression.
