Today will be a fun day! Today, I'm trying all four of the first year of Dingle's Celtic wheel of the Year series against each other, to see which of these top-shelf whiskeys is the best Irish whiskey. The four whiskeys in question are the Dingle Samhain, Dingle Lá le Bríde, Dingle Bealtaine and Dingle Lúnasa. They each highlight different aspects of celtic festivals, with them all having been initially aged in bourbon casks, before being finished in a different type of cask to highlight a flavour which matches with the festival.
