CHIRP - Programming the Baofeng for Marine Frequencies the Easy Way!

In this episode of RadioTech we will be using CHIRP to program our Baofeng UV-5R EX as a cheep and cheerful marine band scanner. I live very near the great lakes and like to keep abreast of maritime traffic on the lake and into the river so at sub $30 bucks the Baofeng UV-5R EX (see more here: http://radiotech.diy3dtech.com/BaoFen... ) has proven to do this well! Note: the intent of this is video is to use the Baofeng as a Marine Frequency scanner and not a transmitter. The radio as I understand it is not certified for marine use and therefore needs to be used in a receive only mode.
