The Digga skid steer Stump Grinder is used for land clearing, stump grinding, and the shredding of tree stumps into wood chips. The attachment is very easy to operate from inside the operator's compartment with an independent simple-to-use multi-function control box. This provides you with an excellent operating visibility & exceptional swing arc geometry. An adjustable speed control has been designed into the unit, which allows you to adjust the speed of swing and lift functions for maximum performance and safety. The cutting wheel has carbide tipped Shark Style teeth which permits cutting from side-to-side and vertical directions on a 660mm cutting wheel. With this design it can grind stumps up to 255mm below ground. The carbide tipped teeth will break the stump into wood chips quickly and efficiently - allowing for faster breakdown into compost. You’ll be able to cut stumps horizontally, as well as vertically, with a 60-degree range of motion that covers 1100mm in one single sweep. This will allow you to essentially remove most stump type quickly and easily. Safety features like the durable rubber heavy-duty safety guard will protect you and the machine from flying debris, along with built-in grouser pads, which provide exceptional stability during cutting & grip on uneven ground and hillsides.
