Chipping line for a scrap metal recycling company

In the autumn of 2023, RMP carried out a project to install a chipping line for a scrap metal recycling company in Riga. The installation work has been carried out from scratch in a newly built industrial premises. The main difficulties were caused by premises: low readiness level and tight deadlines. Welding was carried out at altitude. Precise conjunction of construction parts has been carried out under severe weather conditions. Various types of lifting equipment were involved: 90t crane, mobile elevating work platform, telescopic front loader, forklift with manipulator. All work stages were completed on time and with proper quality. This cooperation gave us additional experience and new competencies in design and installation work, because each object is individual.
