Fire seems to be coming from within his body, with embers trailing from him. The eyeholes on his hockey mask are glowing a bright yellow. His chainsaw is replaced by a pitchfork (which still makes chainsaw noises when using Gashing Wound). He retains his new kill animation, exclusive to his Milestone III, Milestone IV and VIP skins. This skin's design originates from Friday the 13th: The Game.
