UNE College of Business to Host Spark Conversation: The Business of Building a Local Brand

The University of New England College of Business will host a Spark Conversation, "The Business of Building a Local Brand," on March 4, 2026, in Girard Innovation Hall on UNE's Portland Campus for the Health Sciences. Doors open at 5 p.m., with the panel presentation beginning at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The panel features local brand leaders for a candid conversation about entrepreneurship, community, and the unique opportunities and challenges of Maine's economy. Panelists include, Tom Ruff of Orange Bike Brewery, Topher Mallory of Mexicali Blues, David Tucci of Aroma Joe's, Jill Miller of Maine Pie Co, and Michelle Anderson of Junior Achievement of Maine. These Maine business leaders will share insights on building successful brands rooted in local communities, navigating the state's economic landscape, and creating businesses that reflect Maine's values and culture.
