Like with happiness in general, or a successful relationship, or the fitness of the mind or the body, it’s something I can strive towards and try to hold, or to be in that state much or most of the time. Not an easy task in the quite complex environment we live in today, with millions of options, distractions, stressors of all kinds, and wannabe urgent things.
