Leatherman Mr. Crunch

Today we will be looking at the first release from the Leatherman Garage. The Mr. Crunch was one of Tim Leatherman's early prototypes for a plier based multi tool. The idea is to have a plier head that can transform between a long reach needle nose plier to a set of regular pliers. As one might imagine, this was a unique design and also a very expensive design to manufacture. So for the first release from the Garage, Leatherman brought Tim Leatherman's design off the drawing board and into reality.
