Holmium laser that allows us to break up the stone into small fragments 4. Boston Scientific zero tip stone basket that allows us to remove all the stone fragments so that the patient does not have to pass these fragments 5. Boston Scientific Tria Soft Ureteral Stent that keeps the ureter open after surgery to prevent kidney obstruction. This is usually removed after 1-2 weeks Surgery is like an Orchestra. It is a large ensemble of various technology instruments, various staff members and stage settings. The final product: A successful outcome for the patient.
