How to make by strawberry cream fizz Drinks Made Easy. We're back with another video on how to make cocktails at home. Today we bring you the strawberry cream fizz. This cocktail, like the Ramos Gin Fizz, is a take on the gin fizz. Where the gin fizz originated from, no one really knows. But in 1888 HC Ramos made a version of the drink by adding cream and orange flower water. Today we are taking what Ramos did and using strawberries instead of the orange flower water. To make this drink you will do the following: Muddle 2 strawberries in a mixing glass add 1 oz Gin, 1 0z Lemon juice, and 1 oz simple syrup shake them in a shaker with no ice then in your other half of your shaker add 1 oz cream and 1 egg white add the strawberry gin mixture to it and shake VERY hard.
