Waikiki Queens Beach Kapiolani Park Hibiscus Drive Walk Talk March 3, 2020 Oahu Hawaii. This is before Hawaii went on lock down because of Covid-19. Word of the virus has been spreading and people are being cautious and there are less visitors to here. We begin our walk at Kaimana Beach Park next to the War Memorial Natatorium and Waikiki Aquarium. We walk to the Surfer on a Wave sculpture and turn around and walk Kalakaua Ave until we get to Poni Moi Road and walk up and cross Kiele Ave and Diamond Head Road. Then we cross Pono Moi and go to the Diamond Head Tennis Center for a pit stop. After crossing back over Poni Moi Road we then head to our final destination at Hibiscus Drive and to see what is going on there. It has been a couple months since the tragic incident there that lead to the death of two police officers, the landlord and the mentally ill man who caused it all. Sorry for a sad ending to the walk.
