Ryan Explains the different pay structure. Difference in pay structure Ryan explains the new pay structure relating more to piece work, commission, spiffs or flat rate pay outs. The service techs are now paid per pool that they service, being able to write their own checks. Ryan said, "Its a simple math equation at that point, but you need to stay on top of the calculations. " Ryan allows his team to choose how many pools they want to service. Pool Rescuer service techs can now decrease or increase the amount of pools they service. Ryan continues to talk about how the repairs are now paid out as well. All work above and beyond serving pools all now have different rates or spiffs. Techs can now essentially write their own checks. Techs are no responsible for their own billing Ryan explains how techs are now responsible for billing out "Pool Rescuers" for the service work. Allowing techs to make their own work load. Service technicains can now make their own work load by how much or how little the want to work.
