If you're looking to program a key on your phone, all you have to do is if you have a blank button currently on your phone, like it is on my display that we're seeing in front of you, you would hold down the key for a little bit longer than three seconds. And when you do that, it will come up with a new screen. So if you're just wanting to do a quick speed dial to a person, which you just hit the key and it just calls right over to the person, you can give it a name. So we'll just say Jen. Jen, space, O, number. I'm going to put my extension number in here. So we'll do 5, 0. And when I'm all set with this, as far as label and number goes, I will save that. And now there's a quick speed dial over to Jen, right? So if I press this key right here, it will ring over to that particular person. So all it is a speed dial key. So that's how you can program a key in your phone. The other thing that you can do is if you pull down the key and it's not an extension, and you want to do it as an outside phone number, you can just say... Let's just type in... Oops wrong area, backspace, that's good to know. Go up to label first and we'll type in, let's say we want to make it be home. And the number just don't forget, you want to make sure you do your outgoing access first. So in our case, it would be 9 and then you do 1 in the area code. And once you're done putting this in, you can then hit save. And now I have an outside speed dial number to one of my other keys. So the one that I did originally was an internal extension. The one below it is an outside number. So again, it's just a straight up speed dial key. Once you hit it, it goes right to the person that you're trying to call. If you're interested in the other keys that you might be seeing on my phone, that will show you their status, that would be done by your system administrator. These are called DSS keys. So if this is something that you need that shows you their status as well as giving you the ability to quick dial down those keys that you were seeing right here will be done by your system administrator. And you can see that for Jim R. when it's red, it's showing you when he's on a call. If it's green, it means he's not on a phone call. So that's what that means. And I have a bunch of those keys on my phone for other individuals. Right? So that's how you can program a key though. If you want to just do something quick and off the cuff, you can just hold down the key for a little longer than three seconds and it will come up with a new screen asking you what number do you want to make that key and how do you want to label it.
