When this video was recorded, this train was passing stations that were open to the public and in use for passenger trains. No clips contained in this video were recorded from non-public areas. In order to free up track space at 207th Street yard to allow for anti-vandalism security system installation, these scrap-pending cars were transferred to Concourse Yard. This train was made up of damaged R46 and R142 subway cars that are no longer viable for use in passenger service.
