PoE 3.27 League Starter - RIDICULOUS Berserker Build For Path of Exile Keepers League

This is my Path of Exile: Keepers of the Flame league starter build. Although melee PoE 3.27 league starters were not changed much, I decided I wanted to try an off-meta build I had played before with all the tools needed to succeed in Breach 2.0. Cleave of Rage Berserker filled that exact niche for a league starter - it's viable, but not optimal, and while that may be illegal, it's ridiculously fun. Feel free to tear apart my PoE Planner or this starter build. I am not much of a guide maker, but wanted to share what I would be playing with the PoE community and hopefully get some others to try it out, or at least excited about 3.27. It's my return to PoE1 - enjoy! Just a note: can always swap to Rage Vortex Berserker, Boneshatter Juggernaut, or something Slams if this crashes and burns!
