The Customer wanted to change from a cardboard footbed to a leather footbed. So we disassembled the boots down to the upper. The Customer wanted to have an unstructured toe box so we also removed the steel toe. We then took the old cardboard footbed and made a new leather footbed. We then added new gemming to the new leather footbeds and nailed the upper into place so we could stitch on the welt through the new gemming. After welting we put Vibram 700 soles back on and shaped up new leather heel bases. To finish them off the customer wanted a natural edge finish. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
