This video shares Week 2 of my 100 Day Project, where I practice intuitive art journaling for just 10 minutes a day. Instead of posting daily, I’m sharing weekly reflections about creative rhythm, slowing down, and noticing what emerges. This is week two of my quieter approach to the 100 Day Project. This is part of my quieter approach to the 100 Day Project — ten minutes a day, shared weekly. A studio diary of rhythm, reflection, and small daily layers. Instead of posting daily or focusing on visibility, I’m committing to a slower rhythm: • 10 minutes a day • shared weekly • personal accountability over social accountability • rhythm over performance This week (days 8–14) felt full with daily responsibilities and work on my course, but the ten minutes stayed. I’m also making space for my yoga and meditation practice, noticing how much creativity changes when the nervous system feels calmer. As the pages unfolded this week, I started noticing certain marks and shapes repeating — almost like a quiet thread beginning to appear. Nothing dramatic. Just small daily layers and paying attention. If creating has been feeling overwhelming or stuck for you, maybe try ten minutes. The art doesn’t need to be shared to matter. It just needs to be made. If you'd like a gentle place to begin again, you’re welcome to explore my free 5-day course: Intuitive Layers for Inner Exploration - FREE COURSE-Click the link below! https://mailchi.mp/3dca2e40411b/intui... And if you’ve already taken the course, you’re always welcome in our twice-monthly Monthly Pause gatherings — quiet spaces where we slow down and talk honestly about creativity, intuition, and the nervous system. Everything is meant to support your rhythm. Helping you create intuitive, meaningful art that aligns with your energy — one soulful layer at a time. — Michele
