MULTI-USERS I've had people ask if more than one user can use the HUME. YES! But you EACH must download the app to your smart phone and create a separate account. You must also TURN OFF your Bluetooth to disconnect when you are done with your measurement, or if someone is else steps on the scale while still connected, their reading will go to your phone. Make sense? Just like if you try to connect your Bluetooth earpods at an airport and end up listening to someone else's music! :) Apple Health and Google Fit Both work with this app! APP ISSUES - Update 10, 2024 - App has been working excellent since July and they have even added more features! (I'm an Android user). I had to update the App in June 2024 for the most recent version and start a new 'goal', which resolved the issue. I will update you should I have any other app issues.
