Back in 1982, ANACAD was introduced in the market founded by the first Egyptian Tech Entrepreneurs, founded in Europe, to prove itself as one of the best EDA Tools, after almost 10 years, Eng. Ayman Ahmed joined the team in the first branch of such a technology company in Egypt, to witness the rise of Semiconductor industry in Egypt, starting with Mentor Graphics office, then he joined MEMSCAP, then shared in the founding team of Si-Ware, then moving to form Pearl Semiconductors, one among many companies that started in Egypt, some of them deemed attractive enough for large companies to acquire. The Egyptian Ecosystem, seemed impossible to accept such a rise of an industry, now, we are having a stronger belief that it is the one of the most rising places for high-end high tech IPs startups. Through thirty years of evolution, Ayman have been witnessing the evolution as well fueling it up with his dedication, commitment, leadership and mentoring where many of the current managers and leaders have been schooled under his management.
