UP Teacher Asks Kids To Slap Muslim Student In Class, Sparks Controversy

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has ordered action against the school teacher in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar, who asked students to slap their Muslim classmate. The child rights body on Saturday issued notices to the senior superintendent of police (SSP) and district magistrate (DM) and asked them to ensure action against the teacher. The SSP has been asked to file a case against the teacher and provide security and counseling to the affected child.
