#Lechon is one #traditionaldish of every #Filipinos . The name #lechon derived from Spanish word for roasted suckling pork. The whole pig in a bamboo pole is slowly rotated in an open charcoal grill for several hours to achieve crisp skin. It is stuffed by different spices like lemon grass, tamarind leaves ,bay leaves , garlic , onions, marinated with sauces and others . Every Province has a diferrent twist for taste buds .Celebrations are not complete with out #lechon in the table . ‪@Manongtv569‬ was amazed with excitement upon knowing that a friend is doing it . Wherever you go in any part of the world if there is Filipinos , for sure there is always lechon . Here in England there are lots of it but this one I am sharing right now is special .
