Through the power of stealth and shop keys, you can easily steal all the weapons, armor, gear, and resources from Innkeeper Betty, The Troskowitz Carpenter, Blacksmith Rodavan, and Miller Kreyzl. These 4 vendors can get us geared up and well supplied in a near instant! This strategy requires no levels in Thievery skill at all, allowing you to get kitted out almost immediately, even before getting your first lockpick. While lockpicking and pickpocketing ARE valuable skills, gaining enough thievery xp to reliably pick hard vendor chests can be a real grind for some Henrys. Even for the proficient, there's no competing with the convenience of a key. I'll show you all you need to know to take on an Immortal, including how to quickly max out your Stealth Skill, level up Agility, stash stolen goods safely, use rocks to break NPC AI, and abuse mission mechanics to get away with a more serious crime than a simple bar brawl. If you're the type to grind every bit of value from the KCD prologue, this should be added to your best start meta! The tactics I display could be used to strip down every last patron of Betty's Tavern (Katherine excluded), leaving them broke, broken, and defenseless. During this part of the game, everyone gets be immortal, not just Radovan. This, technically, provides Henry an unlimited source of XP for Strength and weapon skills. Perhaps not the most efficient way to level one's combat, but it's a nice bonus to having the house keys of half the population of Troskowitz (and some from neighboring towns). So go wild, fight the horde of naked patrons as they wake up over and over again. When you're done, you can force the end of the prologue and hide those serious crimes behind the scripted bar fight. You WILL lose reputation for anything you get seen doing, but you will NOT receive a brand or continue to be wanted after the prologue. For challenge-loving Henrys, I encourage you to try and take out all 20 robbable NPCs (Hans cannot be knocked or robbed, Katherine cannot be robbed), all without being blamed and losing reputation. Radovan, like Katherine, cannot be hit with rocks, so you'll have to create a window of opportunity to get the Blacksmith without being seen. It felt like a monumental achievement when I finally got it done. My reputation after finishing the prologue was 37, which I believe to be about as high as you can get (the story forces you to lose rep from the fight).
