Integrated Virtual Care: Included Health's Big Business Model Bet & Telehealth's New Buzz Phrase?

Care navigator no more? Included Health is going so “all-in” on building-out its virtual-dominant care delivery platform that ‘care navigation’ barely seems to cover the depth of the healthcare system CEO Owen Tripp and his team have built from the combined assets of Grand Rounds, Doctor on Demand, and the original LGBTQ+ focused Included Health. We pick up the story there, with the integration (a couple years old now!) and talk about how things have evolved into this “the-platform-AND-the-care-provider” all-inclusive approach and what it means for care outcomes and cost savings for Included Health’s client base of payers and large self-insured employers.
