But the consultant couldn’t offer her a refund since Brooklyn hadn’t saved the receipt. “So, what? I have to just bring it back with me?”, she asked. The consultant explained that it was the only solution. Brooklyn smiled and headed to the exit with the dress she never paid for, content with her clever scheme.  But on her way out, the security guard stopped her.
