Are you looking for the best, easy, vegan, bread machine recipe that's egg-free and dairy-free? In this video, I'll show you how to use mason jars to pre-measure and store everything you need for the perfect loaf of vegan homemade bread machine bread. Let's get started Hey, Y'all, I'm Eric with East Texas Homestead. This channel is my family's journey to self-sufficiency and debt-free living. We talk about homesteading, gardening, homeschooling, product reviews, and more. If you like this sort of thing, consider subscribing to the channel. What will you need for this dairy-free bread maker recipe? Let's start with the equipment items before we talk about the ingredients. It probably goes without saying, but you are going to need a bread machine/maker. If you don't have one already, try looking at garage sales or Good Will. Here's a link to the one I use and recommend for its simplicity and price. • Oster 5838 58-Minute Expressbake Breadmaker https://amzn.to/2SM6sO2 Next, you will need a way to measure your ingredients. I prefer to measure baking goods with weight versus volume. You will need either a kitchen scale or a set of measuring cups and spoons. • Digital Food Kitchen Scale https://amzn.to/2MUGMv8 • Measuring Cups and Spoons Set https://amzn.to/2tuwvyB While you have all the ingredients out to make one loaf of egg-free bread, you might as well pre-assemble 6-12. I like to pre-measure my vegan bread machine mix in quart size mason jars. They are precisely the right size and store well. You can use either the wide-mouth or standard ball jars, but I prefer the wide-mouth in the event I'm using them for something else in the future. • Ball Mason 32 oz Wide Mouth Jars with Lids and Bands https://amzn.to/2FimQ0Q • Wide Mouth Plastic Funnel https://amzn.to/2MUJ8tY Now that you have all the equipment needed for your milk-free bread maker recipe, let's get into the ingredients. Best easy vegan bread machine recipe ingredients: • Olive Oil - 65g (1/3 Cup) • Water - 325g (325 ml) • Salt - 12g (2 tsp) • Brown Sugar - 34g (2 Tbsp + 2 tsp) • Bread Flour - 450g (3 Cups) • Oats (Quick or Rolled) - 85g (1 Cup) • Yeast - 1 Tbsp Start by placing your bread machine pan on your kitchen scale. Be sure to zero out the scale before you add each ingredient. Pour in your olive oil. Next, measure 325g water and pour it in the pan, followed by the salt and sugar. Then, add your bread flour and oats. Measure and add your yeast to the top. Select the basic setting on your bread machine and the crust you would like. We usually select a light crust. Press start and wait for the machine to start spinning fast. Scrape the sides of the machine if needed and let it do its thing. That's all there is to it. Remember, if you are making up mason jars full of your vegan bread mix, don't add the yeast, water, or oil to the jar. Keep your yeast in a cool, dry, and dark area. We keep ours in the fridge.
