It really makes my day when you guys interact with me! :) The Starch Solution by Dr. McDougall: https://amzn.to/3uPHAop BREAKFAST- Baked Oats: 3 cups rolled oats 1.5 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp all spice 1/2 tsp salt 2.5 cups of water 3 mashed bananas 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp vanilla extract Mix it all up and bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes Side of blueberries Steamed veggies topped with garlic salt LUNCH- Loaded Fries: baked yukon gold potatoes, chopped into fries red onions tomatoes 1/4 of an avocado (don't eat more than 1/4 to 1/2 avocado if you are loosing weight as it is higher in calorie density) cilantro green salsa potato cheese sauce Potato cheese sauce: 1 steamed yukon gold potato 1/4 cup of water 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder salt Blend in high speed blender side salad: garden salad blend topped with red onion, tomatoes, balsamic, salt and black pepper DINNER- Stir fry and rice green cabbage shredded carrots mushrooms chopped red bell pepper white onion bean sprouts broccolini minced garlic low sodium Tamari Cooked brown basmati rice 1 orange I really hope you enjoyed this video, and I hope I was able to give you some fun meal ideas to make in a day for weight loss!
