Aerial footage over the Turkish city of Kahramanmaraş showed the scale of destruction, two days after several earthquakes struck south-east Turkey. Snowy weather conditions and damaged infrastructure have hampered those efforts. The WHO has warned that the death toll could rise up to 20,000.
