On Hasan Piker’s Thanksgiving stream Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks took aim at supposedly “radical” leftists like Sam Seder and Lance of The Serfs. Then, on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Ana Kasparian wrestled with the idea that she’s pulling a Dave Rubin-esque grift herself after calling him out for his right-wing pivot. Even though TYT continues to play footsie with fascists and spew right-wing talking points on immigration, crime, and trans rights, they still maintain a progressive facade, then become increasingly angry when people call them out for it or criticize them. In this video we’ll dissect TYT’s pivot and discuss how their current state is the result of hubris and personal grievances, which is exacerbated by mixed messages about their politics they’re sending to everyone.
