Aviators Cheer Online Training - Upper Body 1 Welcome to your online video training! This workout consists of 2 parts, a HIIT style timed workout and a full body stretch, make sure you complete both! Workout starts at 1:14 For the HIIT section, it is a good idea to watch through the video first to familiarise yourself with the exercises so you don't miss any training time! Each exercises is performed continuously for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. There is a total of 8 exercises, after which you will have 1 minute rest, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds! Once you have completed the HIIT workout, follow along with the stretch routine for a full body stretch. Any questions post in your members group. Happy training! Disclaimer!
