The ppl in my circle know I’m always telling them to quit slouching... but the truth is if you find the slouched position more natural than sitting upright, you might need to strengthen the postural column so that slouching feels uncomfortable and sitting up feels grrrrreat🐯👍 Just temporarily sitting up straight won’t fix your horrifying, incredibly unattractive S-curved sitting position... so do these 👆🏻. Starting out passively moving the spine the way it was meant to move, then adding some strengthening. If this is hard, you really need it Bc this is moderate difficulty stuff. Add some weights to the last two to step it up a notch. I’ll post more advanced posture exercises in the future but go ahead and start here!
