Learn more about JetFlix.TV ON DEMAND at https://www.jetflix.tv During my visit to Pyongyang I noticed that every day at 0600 am and 11 pm a very spooky music soundtrack is broadcast on speakers throughout the city. Nobody explained the official purpose of the music, but I suspect it must mean now is time to go to sleep .. and now is the time to wake to have a productive day. It was amazing to listen to this music by opening with window of our room at the Koryo Hotel. Our room was on the 21st floor so it really presented an interesting perspective.
