DJI Mini 2 Wind Test:  Bad Decisions Lead to Bad Results...

It's been a while since we did a DJI Mini 2 wind test and maybe that's with good reason. This test really wasn't a good idea and we almost paid the price... This story begins with a trip down memory lane when we released a video demonstrating the DJI Fly App Update 1.16.4 on the Mini 4 Pro (Dwight). That day was a pretty harrowing day with the winds and horrible weather, but we persisted on and ran the test anyway. Well, the result was we could have easily lost Dwight and been Mini 4 Pro-less at the end of the day. Fortunately, the Mini 4 Pro held on and made it home safe and sound. Well, that day, I was supposed to fly our DJI Mini 2 (Rose) as well to see how the Fly App Update 1.16.4 worked with her. Long story short? I chickened out and packed Rose up without testing her out... Was that a good decision? I thought so, especially for that day, but you guys obviously had other thoughts on the matter. I saw comment after comment saying the Mini 2 handles wind better than the Mini 4 Pro and I should have risked it because the Mini 2 would have had no problems. Sadly, I think you were all right on the matter, but it was too late to put Rose up for the test once I decided it would probably be ok (famous words of the Gheenoe Guy). Or was it? Today, we were met with eerily similar weather conditions and it dawned on me that this was my opportunity to redeem myself along with Rose and do the test anyway... And that's what we did. We set out to test the DJI Fly App update 1.16.4 with our DJI Mini 2 (Rose). I can promise by the end of this video you'll be amazed at what happened and how she did...
