(See what I mean here: • THE 2013 SQUAMISH 50 MILE ULTRA MARAT... ) Rather than cowering in fear of those epic trails for another year, I have decided to sign-up for the epic and inaugural Squamish 50/50. I will run the 50 mile race on Saturday followed by the 50k race on Sunday. 80+ miles in two days. Easily the most I have ever run. This series of videos will hopefully document my journey to finishing the legendary Squamish 50/50. This is the fourth episode and documents one of my long double-run weekends. My goal was to do a 50k followed by a good 20+ mile run. Life has a funny way of throwing a wrench into plans, so adjustments needed to be made to this weekend's plans. Oh, and falling.
